Create New Essay Button should save the Essay in the currently open folder

I find it tedious to manage my essays in folders. As all essays are always created at the root level. Even when I have a folder open, clicking the "Create New Essay" button just creates the essay at the root level.
So, I create the essays as usual, then move them to the correct folder using the "Move to Folder" button.
